Order Manager

Fovea Prostasia S.A., a consulting services company, on behalf of Promex, which operates in the field of agricultural equipment trading, is looking for:

Order Department Manager


Responsibilities

  • Management and control of the customer and external procurement department
  • Order control and routing
  • Invoice control
  • Management of quotations
  • Management of information systems (ERP, WMS, etc.) for process control
  • Inventory control and external procurement management
  • Customer claims and merchandise returns management
  • CRM management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Experience in a similar position is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written. Knowledge of Italian will be appreciated as an additional qualification.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Methodical and organized
  • Ability to perceive and manage priorities
