Fovera Prostasia S.A., a company providing accounting, tax, payroll, and business advisory services, is seeking for its Thessaloniki offices a Payroll Consultant – Thessaloniki
Key Responsibilities

Independently manage, prepare, and process clients’ payroll.

Record payroll data, calculate salaries and social security contributions, and manage the Digital Work Card system.

Provide advisory support to clients on labour and social security legislation.

Prepare payroll reports and deliverables for clients.

Handle payroll-related inquiries and maintain daily communication with clients.
-
Manage compliance processes (EFKA, payroll tax withholding, etc.).
-
Communicate with public authorities and systems (ERGANI, regulatory bodies).
Requirements
-
At least 2 years of dedicated experience in payroll administration.

Proven ability to manage payroll independently (not in a purely supporting role).

Strong practical knowledge of Greek labour and social security legislation.

Daily use and experience with the ERGANI system.

Very good knowledge of Epsilon Net payroll software.

Experience with SEPE / IKA (EFKA) audits.

HR professionals with limited or supporting involvement in payroll.

Accountants without active and independent payroll experience.

Junior candidates or applicants with minimal experience.
