Payroll Consultant
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an accounting firm or payroll outsourcing company.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek labor legislation (employment contracts, part-time employment, working hours, salaries, leave, maternity, sickness) and social security legislation (IKA, TSMEDE, TSAY, Lawyers’ Fund).
- Experience in labor and social security inspections (SEPE, IKA).
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, the ERGANI electronic system, and payroll software, ideally Epsilon Net.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-oriented mindset, responsibility, and reliability.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, and attention to detail.
