Hop is a leading shared mobility platform in Eastern Europe, launched in December 2019 in Turkey with its electric scooter sharing service. We have a big role in the everyday life of commuters, currently in 20+ major cities in the region. General qualifications:
- At least high school preferably vocational school graduate
- At least two years of experience in transferring with van vehicles, performing field operations and similar tasks
- Having a valid driving license for both car(van) and motorbikes, able to actively drive and not have any travel restriction
- Competent in using smartphones and experienced in using navigation applications
- Able to adapt to shift (day-night) and flexible working order
- Open to development, responsible, sharing, compatible, result-oriented and prone to teamwork
- Not have any legal obligations that may hinder the continuity and functioning of the employment contract (such as compulsory military service, public service etc.)
Job description:
- Ensuring the safe and sustainable use of electric scooters in the field
- Checking/controlling the cleanliness and driving suitability of electric scooters
- Compilation and distribution of electric scooters to the stations in the field in line with the planning
- Battery replacement of electric scooters whose charge falls below the specified level
- Preparation of related reports and sharing the information regarding field operations
