Operations & CRM Support Specialist - Thessaloniki

Fovera Prostasia S.A., a rapidly growing provider of accounting, tax, payroll and business consulting services, is seeking an Operations & CRM Support Specialist to join its team in Thessaloniki.

If you are looking for a new opportunity in Operations, CRM administration and business process support, we would be delighted to hear from you. 

In this role, you will contribute to the optimisation of business processes, support corporate systems and help ensure the efficient operation of internal services while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, monitor and maintain the Company's CRM platform and business applications.
  • Manage user requests and corporate data.
  • Contribute to the improvement of business processes and operational systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support day-to-day operational needs.
  • Assist with projects related to information systems and organisational improvements.
  • Provide user training and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Very good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Previous experience in an Operations or Administrative Support environment will be considered an asset.
