Fovera Prostasia S.A., a dynamically growing company providing accounting, tax, payroll, and consulting services, based in Athens, is seeking a Senior Accountant – Supervisor to strengthen its team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the accounting cycle and tax compliance for individuals and legal entities.

Informing and supporting clients regarding their financial and tax position.

Reviewing, preparing, and submitting tax returns (E1, E3, N).

Recording accounting documents and calculating obligations (VAT, Intrastat, VIES/Listing, Municipal Taxes).

Supervising and guiding the internal accounting departments of clients.

Performing trial balance reconciliations and addressing complex accounting reporting matters.

Conducting regular client visits and providing on-site support.
Required Qualifications

Degree (University / Technological Institute / Vocational Institute) in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position.

Strong knowledge of the accounting cycle and tax legislation.

Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and CRM, as well as experience with accounting software or ERP systems.

Good command of English.

Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and discretion.

Proactive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit.

Flexibility for business travel and the ability to be away from the place of residence for several days when required.

Valid driver’s license.
