Aesthetician
Job Description
The position involves providing services related to body and facial care and grooming. The aesthetician specializes in applied aesthetics techniques and is capable of assessing client needs, recommending suitable treatments, and applying them effectively. These techniques may include both facial treatments (aesthetic mesotherapy, acne treatments, deep cleansing, chemical peels, etc.) and body treatments (laser hair removal, anti-cellulite treatments, fat-dissolving and body firming treatments).
Responsibilities
- Creating the appropriate environment for the commencement of treatments
- Sterilizing all tools before each session
- Communicating with the client to assess skin needs
- Applying the corresponding face and body treatment
- Providing information and answers during the application of skincare products
- Informing clients about other available treatments
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a Vocational Institute or Technical School in Aesthetics & Cosmetology
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of aesthetic techniques
- Knowledge of waxing and laser hair removal is desirable
- Familiarity with modern techniques (e.g., eyebrow/eyelash tinting and lamination)
- Very good command of the English language
- Computer literacy
- Familiarity with using social media
- Active OAED unemployment card (desirable)
