Aesthetician / Pharmacy Assistant – Kalamaria, Thessaloniki

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and expert guidance on parapharmaceutical and dermocosmetic products.
• Promote products and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Place orders and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain shelves, product displays, and the overall presentation of products.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy.

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Aesthetics (University/Technological Educational Institute/Vocational Training Institute) or qualification as a Pharmacy Assistant.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within a pharmacy.
• Good computer skills and command of English.
• Polite and professional manner with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Team spirit, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Additional Qualification

• Familiarity with ILYDA Dioscourides pharmacy management software will be considered an asset.

Working Hours

• Five-day, eight-hour working week, including two Saturdays per month, with a corresponding day off.

Working hours are structured as follows:

• Aesthetician: 11:00–19:00 or 12:00–20:00
• Pharmacy Assistant: Rotating weekly shifts: 08:00–16:00 or 13:00–21:00
