Accountant

Fovera Prostasia S.A., a consulting services company, on behalf of its client based in Athens (City Center), is seeking an experienced accountant to support commercial operations and internal accounting management.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Economics or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial and/or accounting management.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.

  • Familiarity with procedures related to issuing sales documents and recording purchases/expenses.

  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems will be considered an asset.

  • High level of organization, consistency, and responsibility.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities (Management – Commercial Operations – Real Estate)

  • Monitoring and managing financial data related to real estate assets (income, expenses, advances).

  • Managing customer and partner balances.

  • Issuing, reviewing, and recording sales documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes).

  • Recording purchase documents, operational expenses, and real estate–related costs.

  • Supporting the invoicing process for real estate sales and related services.

  • Monitoring the financial terms of contracts, agreements, and advance payments.

  • Recording and reviewing maintenance, repair, and operational expenses of properties.

  • Supporting commercial management and daily operational workflows.

  • Collaborating with external accountants, notaries, and other partners.

  • Maintaining an organized archive of financial and contractual records.

  • Working with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company.
